For legal agreements (Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and Clinical Trial Research Agreements (CTRAs), the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute is the Institution and The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) is the site.  MCRI and RCH have a legal agreement where MCRI is responsible for all clinical trials on campus and RCH is responsible for clinical care.  As the custodians of research, MCRI is the contracting party.  RCH is the site at which the study is conducted and participants recruited.

Submission Package should include (Protocol, Investigators Brochure, Parent/Guardian and Participant Informed Consent Forms (Note: RCH HREC prefers the use of CT:IQ InFORM template) and study manuals required one month before the RCH HREC Submission Closing Date.  The study budget must be agreed before the study can be submitted.
