You have the right to ask questions about the Clinical Trial  team and about the clinical trial before you decide whether to take part. The Clinical Trial team members are there to answer your questions and help you find answers to questions they cannot answer.

Below is a list of questions you might want to ask before you agree to take part in a clinical trial.

Ø Who is the principal investigator for this trial?

Ø Who else is part of the clinical trial team?

Ø Which team members will I work with?

Ø What will each team member do?

Ø How is the team trained to do this clinical trial?

Ø Which team member(s) should I contact with questions?

Ø How do I get in touch with them?

Ø If I do not feel well, should I call my primary care physician? or someone on the clinical trial team?

Ø Who should I contact if I want to leave the clinical trial?

Ø Besides the clinical trial team, should I contact someone else with questions or concerns?
